We currently ship within the United States and U.S. territories only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. P.O. Boxes are accepted for standard shipping; overnight delivery requires a physical address.
All products are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no external indication of contents.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damaged packaging.
We will work with the carrier to file a claim and, where applicable, reship or issue store credit. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier errors or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
